Who we are?
We are a powerhouse of diverse community members on a mission to change the way the world thinks about mental health for women and young girls. Real Queens is committed to creating supportive and inclusive spaces where women feel valued, heard, and empowered on their mental health journey.
Since 2022, we have served 253 women with our community events, providing education and space for self-care. In 2024, 96% of attendees found the workshops helpful, and 84% reported increased confidence in managing their mental health.
