Basoeki:
Originally from Sunda, Uki, whose full name is Basoeki, has made a significant mark in the Indonesian music scene. As a prolific songwriter, he has penned numerous Indonesian pop songs, including a hit performed by the celebrated diva, Vina Panduwinata. Despite often working behind the scenes, Basoeki's passion for combining digital music with traditional sounds has earned him acclaim.
His innovative fusion of traditional Indonesian music with digital elements has even caught the attention of world-class fashion designer Harry Darsono, making Basoeki's creations an integral part of Darsono's fashion shows globally.
In recent years, Basoeki has delved into the world of Healing Music, using the bamboo flute as his main instrument to create soothing and therapeutic melodies. Now based in Ubud, he is dedicated to completing a long-awaited music project that began in this vibrant cultural hub.
Djarot Efendy:
Djarot is a highly skilled musician with a deep passion for the sitar, a traditional Indian string instrument. He embarked on a transformative journey to India to study and master the art of playing the sitar. Immersing himself in the rich cultural heritage of India, Djarot underwent rigorous training under renowned sitar maestros, honing his technique and musicality to perfection.
