Triple P Fear-less teaches facilitators to support caregivers learning new cognitive behavioral strategies for anxiety management. These group consultations can be carried out by professionals in the course of 8 sessions, with the added benefit of parents receiving peer support in the group setting. Sessions can be done 1-on-1, in person, over the phone, or as a combination of both.

This Triple P training is provided through generous grant funding, allowing us to offer this to our community at no cost to you. But, please understand this training is not free and we request your full commitment and participation on all dates included as part of this training - January 8-10, a Pre-accreditation on January 24 and a half day Accreditation on February 6 or 7.

Please make sure to include a shipping address that is NOT a PO Box to receive materials.

There are three training dates associated with a Triple P Accreditation, they include: Training, Pre-Accreditation, and Accreditation. Although attendance for pre-accreditation is not required, it is strongly recommended to successfully pass accreditation. Video must be on at all times in order to qualify for accreditation. If there are any concerns about that, you must reach out for special accommodations before the training.

Please note that although this training is sponsored by First 5 Mendocino, if accreditation is not completed, then training fees of $300 for materials will be incurred by the participant.

N OTE: This training activity is funded in partnership with Chabot -Last Positas Community College District and Mendocino County Social Services Agency, with grant funding that is specifically allocated to training professionals and caregivers in Mendocino County who work with foster youth or those at risk of entry.
