About this Event
A sommelier led tasting of five Trillium beers that will explore both the history of the brewery and the beers, hosted by our GM Liam.
The tasting will consist of 100ml pours of the following Trillium beers;
Chocolate Churro - 10.5% - Imperial Stout with Cacao, Cinnamon and Vanuatu Vanilla
German Chocolate Cupcake - 10.5% - Imperial Stout with Coconut, Cacao Nibs, Vanuatu Vanilla and Milk Sugar
Double Goshawk - 10.6% - Imperial Stout with Vanilla, Hazelnut and Coffee
Peanut Butter Cup - 13.5% - Imperial Stout with Peanuts, Chocolate and Vanilla
Habitat: 2025 Concorde Grape - 7.6% - Spontaneously Fermented Ale
The tasting will provide an excellent opportunity to try all these incredible beers while being to able to ask questions about the styles, ingredients, the brewery or just the beer making process in general.
Following the tasting all attendees are enocuraged to bring a bottle from home to share with friends or fellow guests! If you have nothing to bring then your ticket also includes 25% off anything in our fridge on the night if you wish to get involved, or simply to grab some bottles to top up your stash at home!
