These subtle sheaths of being hold the keys to our physical wellbeing, energetic vitality, and mental/ emotional clarity, and when harmonized, they bring us into deeper connection with the Self.
Through a blend of theory and practice, you will gain a clear understanding of these bodies (Koshas), their interconnectedness and the important role they play for our overall well-being, and we will explore simple yet powerful ways to create awareness for and look after them in daily life. Together, we will explore:
Gentle asana practice to attune the body and awaken Anandamaya Kosha, the physical body.
Guided pranayama (breathwork) to balance and enliven Pranamaya Kosha, the vital energy body.
A healing kriya and sound journey with crystal singing bowls to balance and transform Manomaya Kosha, the mental/emotional body.
This experience will leave you feeling aligned, balanced, and resourced with practical tools for your continued journey. You’ll also receive a theory handout, recordings of guided relaxation & balancing kriya, as well as a unique handcrafted energetic essence designed to support and harmonize all three koshas — supporting your integration long after the workshop.
