Afterdark is a fully guided, start-to-finish experience that calls us forward in every direction—mentally, emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually (yes, all of it).
The intention? Drop the masks, push a few edges, have a lot of fun, and reconnect—to your body, your breath, your purpose, and humans around you.
Under torchlight and moonlight, we’ll weave together sauna + cold plunge, breathwork + meditation, primal movement + drumming, and authentic relating + self-inquiry—using the elements and the power of community as catalysts for real, positive change.
Expect depth, laughter, and an epic adventure with great people.
