Join us for the first Tribal Community event of 2026! Bring something for the potluck
I’ll make a main Vegan friendly dish and have some pickles/olives for a side tray so bring snacks fruit or your own dish !
You can also bring a mini percussive instrument, flute, hand drum, violin, anything that can accompany a guitar.
You can also just bring yourself!
We’ll be freestyle jamming lightly, singing, coloring, eating, grounding, and finding ways to harmonize our energy in Sam’s art space!
January 30th, Friday 6-10pm
First hour is for coming in, we’ll start around 7:15
You can come after we start just be mindful of the container!
This months theme is self-empowerment!
How are you creating your life intentionally and is it stemming from your inner work?
I’ll be performing a song or two for everyone AND you can feel free to bring poetry, or something to share that’s related to the topic :)
