About this Event
The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub is designed for budding triathletes or those interested in giving some of the triathlon disciplines a go. These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.
Where:
The hub meets on the middle Monday of each month at Andersownstown Leisure Centre, Belfast from 7pm to 9pm.
What to expect:
These sessions are coached by a Triathlon Ireland Community Coach who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.
April's session will be a run/ bike/ transition session in a local park near Andersonstown Leisure Centre.
May and June's sessions will involve biking on spin bikes and a swim (pool based) at Andersonstown Leisure Centre.
The sessions will be tailored for the group and you don't have to take part in both sessions just see how you feel!

Who are these sessions for:
Any Triathlon Ireland member aged 18+
These sessions are open to everyone and all ability levels are welcome - please come along and try as much as you can -there is no expectation that you complete any specific time or distance, just come and try.
You must hold a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership or Full Membership to take part in these sessions. This is available here: Membership
What do you need:
Swim - Swim suit, googles, Cap (Optional)
Bike (indoors)- trainers, leggings/ shorts, light top
Bike/ run/ transition session- helmet, bike in good working order, bike shoes or runners and weather appropriate outer layers.
