Trial Session: Social Emotional Skills Group for Kids (Aged 5-8)

Led by Adeline Goh (M.Psy), a dedicated Child Behaviour Therapist, our sessions provide a "learning through play" environment where children can practice essential life skills alongside peers of similar ages and developmental levels.

Our curriculum focuses on the core pillars of emotional intelligence and social success:

• Emotion Identification: Recognizing feelings in themselves and others.
• Expression & Regulation: Learning healthy ways to communicate needs and manage "big feelings."
• Social Communication: Practicing conversational turn-taking, listening, and non-verbal cues.
