Beginner Tri basics, how to get to your first triathlon, what spin class is, what gear you need to get etc
Those ‘thinking about’ their first Half or full Ironman, or what program to follow (LOTS of secrets to share!!)

*What GEAR is essential, what you can beg/borrow, and what would 'be nice'.
*How much training you need in each discipline, the minimum to suit a busy week.
*The different swim sessions, bike options, and what run/walking groups are around.
*How to use Nutrition to help you go longer when everyone else is blowing up…
*Free coached training sessions and value-for-money options
For example:
- I’m scared of the lake. I’m afraid of holding others up at the pool…
- Looking at a TradeMe bike, how do I know if it has a nana-gear to get me up hills?
- What’s a windtrainer and where can I get one?
- What kind of wetsuit do I need and where do I find it?
- I don't have a fancy tri-suit; what can I wear under my wetsuit?
