Join us for the Eighth Annual Tri Faster/WAC Indoor Triathlon. This fun, all-abilities event takes place at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Greenfield on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Athletes will start in waves of eight participants, using a timed format where no one gets left behind. Waves will start and end each event together on a timed schedule which is as follows:10:00 Swim (all shallow pool) swim as many laps as you can
10:00 Transition
20:00 Bike - On spin bikes, ride as many miles as you can
5:00 Transition
15:00 Run - On a treadmill, run as many miles as you can
In addition to a well-organized event, each participant will receive:
-Race-branded running beanie
-Post-race refreshments
-A spectator-friendly venue that includes showers, hot tub, and towel service
Each participant will be given a scorecard at check-in that will go with them to each event where volunteers will write down completed distances. Once the event is complete, you will initial your score card confirming you agree the distances noted are correct then the scorecard will be turned in. Each participant will be ranked based on the furthest distance in each event (e.i. most swim laps is given 1 point, second given 2 points). Total points are added up and the participant with the lowest points is the winner.
While most will take part to challenge themselves and have a fun afternoon, merchandise prizes will be given to the Overall Male and Female as well as award pins to the top 3 Male and Females in each Age Group.
