About this Event
Join other 4H members learning to identify rabbit breeds, how to properly care for rabbits, how to prepare them for showing (how to prepare yourself for showing), essential rabbit knowledge. Club members can run for office, and learn the basics of meeting logistics. More importantly, they get to hang out with other 4H members who think rabbits are cool, hold and pet beautiful creatures, and share a ton of laughter!
You do not need to own a rabbit to attend the meetings and join the club. You do need to be a ($15/annually). It is OK to attend your first meeting without being a 4H member (club members are encouraged to invite friends to come check the club out), but if you intend to return or participate in club events, you must sign up (the 4H year runs from the first of September to the end of August - there are additional incentives to registering during September). At this time, there are no additional fees for being a rabbit club member, though fund raisers may happen throughout the year.
