Join me for a mixed level vinyasa Yoga practice on Saturday March 1st at 10:45am PST and lets de-stress and flow together. Donations are appreciated but not necessary. This class is kept alive by the generosity of those who choose the donation option.

The class will be through Zoom. You can use the Zoom App on your mobile device or computer. Just click the link you receive in your confirmation and subsequent e-mails and set it up. .

I have already created the group chat for this class, the link will be e-mailed to you when you sign up. I'll be on it at about 10:40am on Saturday March 1.

Eventbrite will also send you an e-mail with the link 30 min before class starts.
