Experience a journey through First World War trenches by twilight, while discovering the true story of the 1914 Christmas Truce, with Taff Gillingham, one of the leading experts on the event. We are holding lantern-lit tours through our reconstructed trench system, where you can learn about the famous Christmas Truce. After the tour, relax in our original First World War recreation hut with a hot drink and a mince pie. You’ll have the opportunity to sit beside the Great War Huts Christmas Tree, enjoy a complimentary glass of mulled wine (or non-alcoholic alternative), and ask questions about the Truce or any other aspect of the First World War.
Important information about the event:
- Suitable for ages 12+
- Sensible footwear essential
- Please wrap up warm

Tickets are £15 per person and go on sale Monday 10th November @ 8pm. To keep things fair for everyone, we're limiting ticket purchases to 4 per person. Thank you for your understanding!
