Whether you're a beginner or just need a refresher, this HANDS-ON workshop will teach you everything you need to know to keep you rolling along. BRING YOUR BIKE OR A WHEEL TO FOLLOW ALONG! You can just watch as well, but nothing like actually doing it yourself will give you the real confidence you need!
