Join TreesUpstate and the City of Greer for a tree giveaway on Friday, February 6th at H.R. Turner Park from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.Interested individuals must reserve their tree online (available in early January) at TreesUpstate.org/FreeTrees
Species available: Eastern redbud, tulip poplar, red maple, Pignut hickory, Persimmon, Northern red oak, white oak, pawpaw, American hornbeam, pecan, Southern catalpa, black tupelo, nuttall oak and baldcypress.
*This program is presented by Duke Energy and hosted by the City of Greer. Greer CPW is partnering with the City of Greer to promote calling 811 before you dig to have underground utility lines marked and will have a table at the event. Any questions regarding the tree giveaway should be directed to the City of Greer or TreesUpstate.
