About this Event
This tour is an adventure! Bike along Tommy Thompson Park with us and explore the human-made side of Toronto. Learn about the hidden treasures along the Spit and the creatures that call it home.
Start Point: Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion (3 Leslie St)
Meet at the Bike Share station located at the end of the entrance road to the Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion.
Our staff and volunteers will be at the tour's starting location 30 minutes prior to each tour. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the tour to allow time for check in.
End Point: Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion (3 Leslie St)
Length of Tour: Approximately 2 hours.
Distance and Terrain: This tour covers approximately 10 kilometers in distance. We will be riding on trails and there will be several hills.
The tour starts at a Bike Share location however we cannot guarantee availability. Please provide your own helmet and come dressed for a moderately strenuous bike ride. There will be frequent breaks, however we ask participants to bring their own water and snacks.
This tour uses a loudspeaker in order to hear the tour leader.
Registration is required for all tours. Please note: you will not be able to join a tour group if you have not registered ahead of time.
