Module 1 – Embodied Mastery (TRE®)
A foundational weekend for therapists and wellbeing professionals seeking a deeper, somatic way to support their clients.
If you’re a therapist or practitioner who knows talking is no longer enough — if you’re noticing looping sessions, stalled progress, or clients who stay stuck in freeze, overwhelm or chronic tension —
this weekend offers the beginning of a new path.
Module 1 – Embodied Mastery is the first step in training as a certified TRE® Provider, and it begins where all effective somatic work must begin: with your own body.
Over two in-person days, you’ll experience TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) for yourself, gain a clear understanding of how it works, and begin to reconnect to the embodied intelligence that underpins all trauma-informed practice.
This is not a theoretical weekend. It is a fully experiential, nervous-system-led immersion designed specifically for professionals who want to:
Add a body-based modality to their work
Understand how tremors release chronic stress and tension
Support clients without over-activation or re-telling
Bring polyvagal principles into their sessions
Explore somatic work safely before committing to full certification
Regulate themselves more deeply as they hold space for others
TRE® is accessible, gentle and profound — and many practitioners describe Module 1 as the moment their work finally made sense on a body level.

A Pathway Into Certification
Module 1 is the required foundation for the full TRE® Provider Training. After this weekend you can choose to:
Continue into the 2026 dedicated training cohort, or
Take more time to deepen your personal practice before enrolling, or
Commit immediately and begin your certification pathway from here
Many practitioners decide during or immediately after Module 1 because the personal experience of TRE® makes the direction clear.
