This series of half-day retreats is designed to support women navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Each retreat blends reflective sharing circles, education, embodied practices, creative ritual and deeply restorative gong meditation to help women integrate the emotional, physical and spiritual layers of this huge transition.
Each retreat explores a different stage of this powerful transition, offering both grounding and inspiration for the journey ahead.
Each half-day retreat includes:
