About this Event
The Running Company Southport are partnering up with our good friends Brooks Running and Stride Society Run Club (and others) for a night in store to talk all things preparation for the GC Marathon weekend!
We're almost 12 weeks out now; planning and preparation are key determining factors to ensure optimal performance on race day.
We're jam packing the night with a range of sessions - we'll be talking all things footwear/gear, nutrition, training blocks, recovery and of course, injury prevention. Most importantly, nothing beats the social element of spending time with other likeminded runners, looking to maximise their performance and better their best, just like you!
We'll even be going for a social jog out and about town, because who doesn't love a good wear test (looking at you Brooks!).
And did someone say a competition on the night for a pretty awesome prize pack? Yes, yes we did!
