About this Event

The Traveller Pride Awards is a celebration of the achievements, resilience, culture and contribution of the Traveller community. The event brings together individuals, families, organisations and allies to recognise those who are making a positive impact across education, leadership, arts, culture, community development, advocacy and beyond.

Traveller culture is a rich and vibrant part of Irish society, shaped by strong traditions, language, music, storytelling, family and community connection. Celebrating Traveller culture is important not only in recognising these contributions, but also in challenging discrimination and promoting understanding, inclusion and pride.

The Traveller Pride Awards creates a space where success is acknowledged, voices are uplifted and Traveller identity is celebrated with dignity and respect. It is an opportunity to honour role models within the community, inspire future generations and come together in a spirit of pride, recognition and celebration.

Places are limited, so early booking is advised.
