Participants will hand-build a ceramic travel tumbler using slab-building techniques. Working from a template, you will cut, shape, and assemble your clay into a functional tumbler form while learning foundational ceramic processes such as slab construction, joining, refining edges, and shaping.
From there, participants will personalize their pieces through texture, surface exploration, and underglaze decoration, creating a tumbler that feels uniquely their own.
Suitable for beginners and experienced makers alike, this workshop requires no prior clay experience, only a willingness to slow down, experiment, and explore the process of working with clay.
