Glamorous French Riviera: Monaco and along the Southern French Coast is where Nice, St. Tropez and Aix-en-Provence delight. Many UNESCO World Heritage sites await from Roman times; the aqueduct in Pont du Gard and amphitheatres in Arles & Nimes, where bullfights and concerts are still performed. There will be boat cruises in special ports, vintage car rides through mountains, colourful markets and marvellous wineries for tastings galore.
Travel to Carcassonne, a fortified town and medieval gem with ramparts and a medieval keep. Visit the enchanting city of Bordeaux, a jewel with its 18th century architecture, also known as the Wine Capital.
A high-speed train takes us to Paris, the “City of Light”. We’ll gaze at the beloved sites of Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, sparkling hourly.
