Trauma Release is a guided release, sound and somatic healing experience designed to safely access, express, and alchemize suppressed emotion—especially anger, grief, and rage stored in the body through trauma, silencing, and long-term emotional suppression.This is not about chaos.
This is not about losing control.
This is about reclamation, reverence, and release.
For generations, feminine rage has been feared, shamed, or turned inward. In this space, rage is honored as sacred life force—a source of truth, clarity, protection, and power when held with intention and safety.
This is rage as medicine.
Rage as boundary.
Rage as remembrance.

What This Experience Includes:

Full-bodied screams (into space, into a pillow, or into the earth)
Screaming is not framed as emotional loss of control, but as nervous-system discharge—the release of stored survival energy from the throat, jaw, chest, and belly.
Silence is sacred.
Whispers are sacred.
Internal sound is sacred.
🎶 Sound Healing & Frequency Integration
After release, the body is guided back into coherence through sound healing. Each participant will receive individual sound therapy so their energy is aligned to end this workshop.
Snacks & Beverages will be provided so participants can mingle and discuss their experiences.

This is a trauma aware space, not a replacement for therapy. We hold space while you heal yourself.
