Daniel's yoga class is designed with a trauma-informed approach — creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space. While it is especially supportive for those who have experienced trauma, this class is open to everyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of gentle movement, grounding, and relaxation.Experience gentle, empowering body movement in a safe and supportive space. This trauma-sensitive yoga class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate inner resilience. With a focus on invitation, choice, safety, and body awareness, each session offers mindful movement, breath practices, somatic therapy, the cultivation of interoception, and grounding techniques suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are - healing begins with presence.
Where: The Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth Street, Urangan (opposite Miller St)
When: Friday Fortnightly 7am-8am from 8th August
Cost: FREE, but PLEASE book a ticket
Bring: Yoga mat and a yoga bolster or cushion.
