Join Instructor Melissa Carey for a transformative 4-week journey of trauma-informed yoga, either in-person at the Heart-Centered Yoga Studio or virtually on Zoom!
Details:
Dates: This is a four-week series: Wednesdays, April 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd
Time: 4:00 - 4:45 pm , please arrive by 3:50 pm for a prompt start
Location: Two options:
- Virtually on Zoom
- In-person at The Heart-Centered Yoga Studio
- 1455 Dixon Avenue, Suite 210, Lafayette, CO 80026
- In case of inclement weather, the class will shift to a virtual format for everyone's safety.
Registration:
The fee is $25 total for all four classes in the series.
Participants: Open to all levels, including beginners
Benefits:
May Include: Improved mental health, enhanced self-awareness, stress reduction, and mind-body connection. For maximum benefit, participation in all four classes is encouraged.
Additional Information:
- Yoga mats and props provided for in-person participants.
- All participants, regardless of attendance mode, are advised to consult with a doctor before joining any yoga class.
- Waiver Requirement: By registering for this event, you affirm your commitment to reviewing, agreeing to, and signing the Trauma-Informed Yoga Acknowledgement, Release, and Waiver of Liability form.
All participants must sign a waiver form before attending the Trauma-Informed Yoga series.
