Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Class - Nervous System Reset

A mostly floor-based practice, Restorative Yoga offers the body and mind an opportunity to rest and heal through grounded, supportive poses often held with the aid of props. This practice gently guides the nervous system out of chronic stress and into a state of safety and ease, supporting regulation, restoration, and resilience. With a trauma-informed approach, choice, consent, and comfort are emphasized, allowing each practitioner to move at their own pace while cultivating a sense of stability, presence, and deep rest.
