This engaging, accessible training helps staff across all sectors understand trauma, respond with compassion, and create safer, more supportive environments. Trauma isn’t limited to clinical settings—it shows up in schools, housing, healthcare, justice, job centres, and daily conversations.

Rooted in UK best practice and the Transforming Psychological Trauma Framework (Scotland), this course uses real-life scenarios, reflection, and practical tools that apply across roles.

Learning Outcomes:
