Trauma Informed Practice

This session aims to help participants understand the definition of trauma, how trauma can impact a pupil's emotional and physical wellbeing and what we can do to create a supportive school environment that is trauma-informed. It will help participants to develop a trauma-informed perspective that will guide practice and interactions, with the aim of reducing negative impacts of trauma within educational settings.
