Presented by Trauma-Informed Utah, with support from the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, this Trauma Awareness Seminar outlines the path to being more trauma-informed by answering the following questions:
- What is Trauma?
- What is the impact of trauma and how do I recognize possible trauma reactions?
- How can I be more effective in working with people with a trauma history?
- How can I care for myself as I work with people who have experienced trauma?
