Trauma 20/20: The Healed Lens Effect™ Methodology Training
About the Training
The Healed Lens Effect™ is a trauma-informed methodology that bridges clinical insight with practical application—equipping mental health professionals with a structured framework to support client transformation. Designed to improve client insight and enhance therapeutic outcomes, the method integrates psycho-education, emotional positioning, and progress tracking across a four phase model.
This training introduces participants to a client-centered, trauma-responsive assessment tool that strengthens treatment planning, reinforces rapport, and helps clinicians identify emotional and behavioral patterns impacting therapeutic progress. While not intended for diagnosis, the Healed Lens Effect™ supports culturally responsive trauma care and offers an objective lens through which clinicians can facilitate more effective and time-efficient interventions for clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

By the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Describe the four-phase Healed Lens Effect™ trauma methodology and its integration within
standard clinical treatment plans through visual mapping and discussion.
- Identify the clinical and functional impact of trauma on client behavior, worldview, and
decision-making using the Broken Lens Icebreaker activity.
