We'll be supporting the annual TRAQ Summer Series, hosting a round at Mudgeeraba. We'll start with to gentle stuff in the Hinterland Regional Park before exploring some of the 'gentle' hills behind! We will look to have a 2-3 of pace groups!It's a later start to allow for travellers but we might throw in an earlier run for those training for Tarawera, Tamborine Mountain Marathon & Relays, Tassie's Gone Nuts, Old Ghost Ultra, etc!
This will also be one of the sessions as part of the Gold Coast City Councils 'Healthy and Active' program 'Try Trails' Training Sessions. Keep an eye out for details on that one - coming VERY soon.
