Trap Yoga is back! And this time, all the proceeds from the event go to the family of Cyndi Gregory, a local yoga favorite. Please share this event with your friends. We lost our dear Cyndi in January of this year, but we want to honor her memory with yoga by connecting our minds, bodies and souls!
Beginners and advance students are welcome. Space is limited! Feel free to bring your own mat! The last event sold out, so you want to get there a little early so you don't miss this event.
It is $10 to get in the door, but we ask that if you have a little extra, you donate to Cyndi's family. All of the proceeds to the event will go to the Gregory family.

Trap yoga is a style of yoga class that combines the physical asana practice with trap music. We will have a LIVE DJ at the event!
We did Trap yoga first with Cyndi and Abeer Washington, and this time, in Cyndi’s honor Abeer is back again linked up with Club Fit and Rachael Hopes at Hopes4health to provide a welcoming environment for newcomers who might feel uncomfortable in the silence of a traditional class or in a class with music that doesn't resonate.
This class is also designed to empower the yogis and promote wellness. Combining the physical with the spiritual component, the intent is to get a sense of struggle , especially during this time to express grief as well thru the movements and the music but also the sense of empowerment with the successful completion of a yoga class!
We plan to make Cyndi proud! You will have a lot of fun and gain mental, physical and spiritual benefits as we all are affected by this tragedy.
Club Fit is located at 2516 Cantrell Road in the Riverdale District of Little Rock between Whole Hog Cafe and Ace Hardware.
