Event: Community workshop to explore what the people of South Tyenside want in a better transport system plan for the North East.

- Do you know about the new North East Transport Plan?
- Do you know that you can have your say on how you think it should work?
The North East Local Transport Plan outlines the North East mayors vision for a green, integrated transport system that works for all.
But this plan is about you and your needs, so they want to hear from us. Do their solutions address our challenges? Have they missed anything?
So far, South Tynesiders have not been heard as much as other areas in the North East Combined Authority. We want to make sure that the issues that are important to us are included in plans for a better transport network acorss the region.
At this workshop we will look at the plan, and see what's missing, what we like, and what we think could be better. If you walk, wheel, cycle, use public transport, or drive, then you definitely have something important to add to this conversation.

Come along to the workshop
Join us at Inspire South Tyneside to share your thoughts on public transport in the area. This is your chance to voice your opinions, suggestions, and concerns about the current transport system. Let's work together to make travelling in and around South Tyneside better for everyone. Have your say. However, at this online workshop we will be joined by representatives from the North East Combined Authority, who can help answer questions and give us more detail on the proposed Transport Plan for the North East.
Please note: we are not the North East Combined Authority. We are a group of local people who want better transport solutions for people in South Tyneside.
