A Benefit for WFMU featuring beer from Transmitter Brewery and shwarma sandwiches from Radio StarAbout this Event
Join us Wednesday, May 1st from 4pm-9pm at Greenpoint's Radio Star as we raise money for WFMU. Thanks to Transmitter Brewery, who are celebrating their 10th Anniversary, and to Radio Star for hosting this benefit party for the station.
They are kind enough to give us 100% of the profits!
This event is broken into two sessions - Group 1 from 5 - 7:30pm and Group 2 from 7 - 9pm. You can purchase tickets for one or the other. Or both!
- $25 ticket price which Includes a lamb shawarma and a 16 oz beer OR two 16oz Transmitter beers
- Live broadcasts of Seven Second Delay (TBD), Weekly World Blues, and Honky Tonk Radio Girl
- 100% of the ticket sales straight to WFMU!
- Transmitter Brewing will also sell additional 16oz pints for $10 and donating proceeds to WFMU
- Radio Star is located at 13 Greenpoint Avenue and has a beautiful backyard space with a retraclable roof, so we are partying rain or shine!
