About this Event
Transitions Counseling and Consulting is an accredited outpatient mental health organization providing therapy, psychiatry, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs for adolescents and adults. Our Montrose clinic is located in one of Houston’s most vibrant and diverse communities, and the space itself was intentionally designed to be modern and welcoming. We are proud to be part of a neighborhood known for its energy, creativity, and strong local connections!
This open house is a chance to step inside the space, meet our clinical team, and connect with other professionals who care deeply about mental health in the Montrose area.
