☕This coffee morning, run by our Transitions to Adulthood team, is an inclusive, confidential and culturally sensitive space, welcoming all parents and carers to share openly and feel supported.

Being a single parent supporting a young person with additional needs through the transition to adulthood can be incredibly isolating and overwhelming ?

You’re juggling it all appointments, decisions, paperwork, emotions often with little support. You are not alone.

This session will offer a safe and supportive space to:

• ? Share the real-life pressures of navigating the system solo

• ?️ Hear from other single parents with lived experience

• ❤️ Talk honestly about emotional and practical challenges

• ? Connect with others who truly get it

• ? Explore ways we can support each other and find small, meaningful solutions together
