Have you started your WATSU® training with a Basic WATSU® Course?Then this Transition Flow Course is the next step in your training path.
Continue your WATSU® journey with TRANSITION FLOW (TF) over 2 weekends held by Adéle Pudney (Physiotherapist and WABA WATSU® 2 Instructor) in Sun Valley, Cape Town.
During these 2 weekend TF courses we will expand on the principles and techniques which you were introduced to during Basic WATSU®.
We deepen our awareness and attunement to the person being floated as we learn several new positions, movements and stretches.
Basic WATSU® (16hrs) and Transition Flow (34hrs) is equivalent to a full WATSU® 1 (50hrs) course.
We will expand on WATSU® body mechanics, moves, skills and the remainder of the WATSU® 1 routine.
At the end of this course you will have learned several techniques to help yourself and your family to regulate your nervous system and find deep relaxation whilst supporting and floating another in the water.
Transition Flow will prepare you for the next step in the certification - WATSU® 2
TF does NOT qualify you to use or advertise WATSU® on clients.
