Transgression Transaction Group ExhibitionOctober 3- November 22, 2025
Opening reception October 3, 5 – 9 PM during ArtWalk with irresistible small bites by Chef Ashley Woodward.
Transgression. That crossing over, just dipping one or two toes in the water past that imagined line.
Transaction. We live in a transactional society where we often exist to execute daily tasks. Human beings are more than automatons and multitaskers. Being ourselves and transmitting our views through art can be a transgression.
In addition to being a standard Kirks' exhibition with art for sale, this exhibition will also include two raffles of art from the show. One raffle will be for a specific work of art (details to come). The second raffle will be for any unsold piece at the end of the exhibition. Tickets will be $25 each or 5 for $100. More information on the raffle and ticket sales to come soon.
Why have a raffle? Art sales are slow worldwide these days. This raffle is a chance to support Kirks' and the artist who will get their commission on the raffle wining piece. Also, if you do not have a budget for art, you may be able to win a work of art from a $25 ticket. Kirks' is all about making art accessible to all.
