Absolutely!
In this gathering, we will look into different parts of our body, their role in our lives, and how movement can transform and help us to be more integrated and free towards living our dreams and yarning.
We will engage with free creative flow and fun movement. No experience is needed. Meet and greet with the very talented Movement Analyst Tsofia as you'll experience a time you'll never forget.
(All proceeds goes directly to Tsofia's community dance program)

Tsofia Bar-El, CMA, CAT
Ms. Bar-El is an accomplished concert pianist, dancer, and choreographer. She first started to investigate and analyze movements as part of a whole connection between body, mind, energy and higher consciousness.
Tsofia is a graduate of the renowned Tel Aviv Music Academy in Israel and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Empire State College, a Masters in Movement Analytics from the Laban Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies, and is a certified Creative Arts Therapist from The New School for Social Research, all in New York.
