About this Event

New Year Transformative Experience - Yoga and Breathwork Ceremony!

Join us at The Loft at Little Dippers for an exciting entanglement that combines the healing practices of yoga and breathwork. This workshop will be inviting an opening of the body and psyche to discover the realms available when we expand ourselves beyond the day to day experience of life.

By merging the profound powers of yoga and breathwork, we explore how these ancient practices can enhance our modern lives. Drawing from pranayama and Stanislav and Christina Grof’s breathwork, we delve into deeper realms to transform stagnant areas. Expect an enriching blend of yogic movement, expansive breathwork, and yoga nidra, all within a supportive community setting.

This dynamic breathwork offers a multi-sensory journey that awakens the brain’s potential and promotes cell regeneration. It harnesses the power of breath to create a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit, with the potential to induce a pyschedelic state of being.

This practice aims to promote self-awareness and emotional healing, often leading to profound personal insights and emotional release.

Come open to the experience to connect with yourself and others in a supportive and nurturing environment. Join us in the magic of this transformative ceremony - a journey towards self-love and inner peace.

At the end of the workshop, we will gather for a sharing circle—a space designed to help integrate and reflect on our experiences. This is an opportunity to explore the meaning behind these moments and consider your next steps in aligning with what you value most. The sharing circle is a vital part of the ceremony, fostering connection and building a supportive community where we can both offer and receive support. It is a moment to deepen understanding, create meaningful bonds, and carry forward the insights gained together.

This is a welcoming space for us all to share our experiences. There will be community and group support after the event.

Expect yogic movement, expansive breathwork, yoga nidra and a space to support and be supported. Reserve your spot now!

Testimonials

Never attended this ceremony but feel curious? Here are a few shared experiences from regular and first time participants;

Olivia creates a calm and sensual space to explore the inner self through the lens of meditation, yoga and visualisation. It's evident that her tools and guidance allows members of the group to delve into their interior worlds with ease, creating an atmosphere of openness, curiosity and mutual respect.- Rebecca Jackson, writer and researcher

The first time I attended I was unsure what to expect - I’d never done anything like it before. I would urge anyone to throw themselves into it with an open heart and mind, you absolutely won’t regret it - I have recommended and raved about this to everyone in my life. I’ve been to several other sessions since and each time I had such a valuable and powerful experience. As someone who suffers from often extreme physical anxiety I now feel I can harness my own breath and reclaim it to regulate myself when I am overwhelmed. - Josie, Sussex

I went into the workshop with a lot on my mind and a lot of negative nervous energy in my body. I left feeling like had a complete release, having acknowledged some things I had been pushing away and with a feeling of having prioritised myself, which I had been severely lacking in the weeks leading up to the workshop. I go forward with a refreshed sense of self and positive energy. — Eduardo, Sussex

"I have been to 2 of these amazing classes so far and can't wait to attend more. Whereas I had tinkered with breathwork before, I found this setting and method to be very powerful and cathartic for my body and mind. Hard work followed by a deep sense of relaxation. It feels transformative although I could not tell you how... you have to experience it for yourself. Chloe creates and holds a beautiful and safe space for this internal work to happen." - Anna, Brighton

"Chloe’s breathwork was such a beautiful experience. Although I have done quite a bit of breathwork previously, I had never done a session like hers and I really enjoyed it. The movement exercises to start were really fun and perfect for getting into our bodies. The breathwork itself was well explained and lead and I felt safe at all times. I can’t wait for the next session! Thank you" - Sophie, Brighton

"The breathwork was wonderful! Chloe created a safe space and is a natural breathwork teacher. It showed me how magical breathwork can be. Loved it! :-)"
