Anubis Reiki Meditation
Inspired by Anubis—the guardian of thresholds—this practice supports you through times of transition, release, and personal change. It creates a safe, steady space where you can begin to let go of what no longer serves you—old roles, beliefs, or identities—and reconnect with what feels true and essential.
This is not about striving or fixing. It is about being held in a calm, protected space where transformation can unfold naturally.
Anubis Reiki supports you to:

You will be gently guided into meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle, preparing you to receive the deeper vibrational healing that follows.
Sound Bath
Following the meditation, you will be immersed in a soothing Sound Bath, where healing vibrations help deepen relaxation and integration.
As the sound frequencies wash over you, they support:
- Deep physical and mental relaxation
- Clearing of energetic and emotional blockages
- Nervous system regulation and inner stillness
- Space for insight, reflection, and renewal

What to Expect
Most participants choose to lie down, though you may sit comfortably if preferred. Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- Blanket and cushion for warmth and support
- Loose, comfortable clothing
No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest, receive, and reset.
