About this Event
Event Name: TRANSFORMATIONS Film Festival
Duration: Each submitted film must be 7 minutes or less in length.
Theme: The stories should showcase a full transformation in the main character's life and nature for good.
Genre: Videos can be from any genre, but the content must adhere to the University's "Community Life Agreement."
Screening Date and Venue: The films will be screened at the TRANSFORMATIONS Festival in the Chapel on May 1st.
Audience: The screening event will be open to all students from the campus, as well as invited guests and prospective students.
Eligibility: Any student can enter the contest.
Prizes:
- $500 - Best Picture/Documentary
- $100 - Best Directing
- $100 - Best Editing
- $100 - Best Script
- $100 - Audience Choice
- $50/$50 - Best Actor/Actress
Evaluation Criteria: Films will be evaluated by a panel of Entertainment professionals. They will be scored based on Script, Direction, Design, Performance, Sound, and Entertainment value.
