This class goes beyond traditional seated meditation by introducing a guided, visualization-based practice designed to support personal growth and goal setting.
Transformational meditation uses imagination, focused attention, and intention to help the mind rehearse change before it happens. Research in psychology and neuroscience shows that visualization can influence motivation, learning, and behavior—making it a powerful tool for creating meaningful shifts in how we think and act.
In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to use visualization meditation to clarify goals, explore possibilities, and align your inner world with the direction you want to move in. The practice is grounded in positive psychology, guided imagery, and cognitive training techniques, and is accessible to all levels.

Participants will leave with a guided meditation they can record and use in their personal practice, along with a simple framework for creating their own visualization meditations.
No prior meditation experience required.
Parking is accessible off of Hanley Rd (GPS point: 5521 Hanley Rd). Drive all the way down to our farm parking, and walk across the footbridge to the farm. Follow signage.
