Come relax, restore & recover during a Transformational Light, Sound & Vibration Experience at The Liiighthouse on Balboa Island, where Deep Ambient Soundscapes will be converted into a full body immersion through a VIBE System — giving you the feeling of being inside the sound — while the PyraLight rebalances the body and the Ajna Light takes the mind through a series of meditative states with ease. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Limited to 1 or 2 people — per session.
Light:
The Ajna Light is intentional Light Technology which uses five pulsed 10w high-powered LEDs, in a gold capstone Tesla Plate field, to induce the same brainwave states seen in advanced meditation practitioners. Many people experience expanded states of consciousness, which reflects their own changing inner awareness. Developed in 2014 to help people explore their intimate connection with the wisdom of the universe, bridging them to the root of their being. Light flicker frequencies entrain brainwaves, bringing you into deep meditative states without years of meditation practice. If you are stressed or have a busy mind, even with your thoughts active while the light sequence is playing, you will automatically be brought into a more relaxed state. There is no need to try to stop your thoughts — just observe your feelings and sensations during the light journey.
The PyraLight Pad is intentional Light Technology which superpulses six 850nm infrared LEDs as well as 5uT magnetic fields into the body, using three highly beneficial brainwave frequencies—40hz Gamma + 8hz Schumann + 2hz Delta. The synergistic pulsing of infrared light & magnetics is really great for relaxation, pain reduction, improved resilience & overall better mood.
Sound:
Intentional Soundscapes are used to ease you into a deep state of relaxation. For a more meditative journey... we use soothing ambient sounds composed to be very slow with same feeling throughout the experience, so that your mind can slow down and enter into a dreamy subconscious state. For a more activating journey... we use continuous mixes comprised of various tracks which gives you a different feel through out the experience as you journey through a variety of conscious sound-scenes.
Vibration:
The VIBE System works by introducing harmonic resonant frequencies and music into the body through the skin which is a direct access point into the nervous system. The Skin is the largest sense organ of the body and has the broadest range of sensation input. It acts as a great way to influence the body in a variety of different ways — allowing you to access the most primal levels of your nervous system and human physiology so that you can instantly relax, meditate, activate, detoxify, transform, restore, recover, balance, ground, release and harmonize during your session.
