We’re gathering for 2.5 days in a beautiful venue, where we’ll not only dive deep into transformational connection practices but also live, eat, and explore together. We won’t just learn about conscious relating in a structured setting - we’ll actually practice it in real time, in everyday moments, from breakfast conversations to late-night reflections.- About this retreat -
We’re stepping into the unknown together. We don’t know exactly what will arise, but we do know we’ll meet it with openness, curiosity and love: self-love, relational love, impersonal love, the kind of love that breaks you open and puts you back together in the most honest way.
Through different relational presencing practices, we’ll explore:
✨ How to express yourself fully while staying deeply connected to others.
✨ The power of surrendered leadership, surrendering to your aliveness while practicing connection and following the emergent.
✨ Attunement & embodied listening, because there’s so much more to discover beyond words.
✨ Where you hold back, where you long to be freer, and how to step into more liberated, truthful connection.
We will be in a supportive, immersive environment: Staying at the venue together allows us to practice in an ongoing, integrated way, making every interaction an opportunity for connection and unfoldment.
And in the evenings? We'll turn up the playfulness and juiciness. Think movement, exploration, and experiences that awaken your senses, because transformation thrives with play as well.

- Full-day explorations on Saturday & Sunday.
