BREATHWORK | Spring Cleaning Your Internal Abode
As we come emerge from the season of hibernation and, for many, the season of embodying the homebody — the fresh spring air beckons us to open our windows, stow away the candles, pack up (most of) our beloved wool blankets and deep clean. Much like we do this for the places we call home, this session is dedicated to harnessing the wisdom of the breath to get to those hard to reach places to spring clean your internal abode - the you take with you everywhere you go - your body.

We’ll begin class in circle with an introduction to the breath and a communal conversation around the theme before diving into the main ingredient, the breath. We’ll close our time together in circle.
