3.30pm - 6pm - Transformational Breathwork
6pm onwards - Integration, Tea, Relaxation & Spa time
Use of spa facilities included.
Don't forget your swimwear if you wish to make use of our pool & spa facilities 🙂
Recommended to eat a light breakfast before the workshop.

Host: Yasmin de Giorgio is the founder of Sanya and has been holding space through yoga, meditation, breathwork and other modalities for over 15 years.
Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy:
When signing up to any event or workshop, full payment is required upfront. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require at least 4 days advance notice. When cancelling at least 4 days prior to the event, the full amount will be credited to your account at Sanya (must be used within 3 months). This credit can be used towards any yoga class, service or workshop offered. If you cancel less than 4 days prior to the event, you will be charged the full amount and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit note.
