Have you wanted to experience transformational breathwork for yourself and reap the benefits? Come join me for my next workshop.
So, what exactly is transformational breathwork?
It is a profound & powerful tool used to release years of suppressed emotion, stored trauma, stress and blockages while allowing you to deeply connect to your subconscious mind and find clarity from within.
What should you expect on the day?
A guided Breathwork and Meditation journey based on the science of breathwork and NLP visualisation techniques. You will learn to silence your mind and dive deeper inward. After the breathwork ill be guiding you through an integration journalling session.
You will let go of the emotions that have been holding you back and feel SO much lighter after. It will be a small group setting and a perfect safe environment to try this type of breathwork if you've never tried before but are curious.
Note: All props are provided please bring water a journal and a pen!
