About this Event
Breathwork offers a pathway to quiet the busy mind, allowing you to process emotions, heal, and navigate current challenges with greater love and compassion. This practice creates a transformative shift, helping you approach life’s transitions with clarity, ease, and an open heart. Through the power of breath, emotional tension is released, the nervous system calms, and self-awareness expands, making room for personal growth and deeper connections — both within and in your interactions with the world.
You will keep your eyes closed during this experience. If you have an eye pillow or eye mask, you may want to bring it with you.
Please know that this breathwork takes you into a state of non-ordinary consciousness and is not suitable for those with the following:
- Detached retina or glaucoma
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- History of heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular disease
- Past aneurysm
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder
It's also not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you’re unsure, please consult your physician before participating in breathwork.
